When will my order be ready for pickup?
Most items will be ready for Pick Up Today / Curbside Pickup within one store hour of the time you place your order online. We’ll notify you via email, text and/or in the Carter’s app when your items are ready for pickup. Place your order 1 hour before close for same-day pickup.
What do I do when I arrive at the store?
For Curbside: When you arrive, park and let us know you’re here in the Carter’s app. To download the app, click the link in your confirmation email or text. Pop the trunk and we’ll pack it up. Contact free!
For Pick Up Today: When you arrive, head inside and head to the cash registers with your email confirmation ready. Should be super quick!
